                     You can make up your own or search high and low for some.
                      I get my sister to buy up some from Soul Patterson Chemist.  I think these
                      Chemists are only either on the East Coast or just in NSW.  The reason I know this fact is
                      that I now live in South Australia and can't shop at this store any more.
