Summer time allergies

A itch nose and I can't get over sneezing.  Never really loved Hay fever.  I use to get it out west, but now I'm further west then I was then.  Its all the dust from the dry land and the pollen.  It's really bad.

Not do good at the moment, with a tennis elbow and having trouble sleeping causing alot of stress.  Will need to see the DR. about that.

You just can't win.  But then at least I can still feel my arms, I can still smell the wonderful roses and jasmin that remind me summer is here.  It is so wonderful.  I love spring and summer colours.  Just wish I could eat the fruit and vegies.  Tuck into a great salad.

Nettles

The biggest comments on the webmmail I belong to is nettle tea.  Is it good for you.  Well I'd say the jurors still out on that one.  Everyone is so individual with the problems and their reactions.  You just can't win.  What works for someone doesn't always work for others.  Have a try and see what you think.
