Festive season is here

Christmas is here and those with food allergies can either enjoy everything and suffer the consequences or still adhere to the usual treadmill and obstain. It is a personal decision. I for one wont be hopefully suffering. I have done in the past and it's not pleasant when trying to go swimming in the surf with very little energy.

Those are some memories I have of the past but I plan to move on into the future, with more care, then I have in the past. The things nightmares are made of.

I wish you all the very best of the season. Enjoy your family get together and have fun with care.

Prevention is better than cure!

This time of year with the change in temperature for allergy suffers is not good. What with pollen being blowing around and on the rise.

Don't forget to take your medication when needed and also be preventive rather than reactive if you have these types of allergies. As the quote says Prevention is better than the cure.

A New Day in Australia

Hi everyone

I have decided to create this blog to go with a website that I'm creating that will aid in collecting all the really great websites we have here in Australia that deal with allergies into one big place so we don't have to search the net all the time.

This is something I have wanted to do for a few years now and I have been able to do it for a uni assignment. Which is really great for me and for those of you who are out there searching.
